Refund policy

 

RETURN FOR STANDARD SIZE GARMENTS

Since every Bottega Bernard garment is made to order, we are confident in the quality and care we put into each product, with the goal of fully satisfying our customers.

However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for unused standard size garments within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

To be accepted, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and inside the original packaging.

 

Return Procedure:

  1. Send a request email to info@bottegabernard.com within 14 calendar days of package delivery.
  2. Once the request is received, you will receive a confirmation email with return instructions within 72 business hours.
  3. You must ship the package back to Bottega Bernard within 14 calendar days from the return confirmation email sent by info@bottegabernard.com. Returns sent after this deadline may not be accepted.
  4. Once we receive the return, we will check the condition of the items. Items must be in the same condition in which you received them: unused, unwashed, undamaged or altered, complete with tags and in the original packaging. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
  5. If the return is approved, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt of the return.


Important: You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. If these conditions are not met, the right to a refund may be affected. If the above conditions are violated, Bottega Bernard reserves the right to refuse the return and not process the refund.

 

 

RETURNS FOR PERSONALIZED GARMENTS

Personalized garments in terms of size cannot be returned or refunded, as they are specially made on your measurements. However, our desire to best meet the needs of our customers and our professional ethics drive us to accommodate your requests as much as possible.

The garment cannot be returned, but we can arrange for alterations, which we will make free of charge, so that you can make the best use of the garment you have ordered. The only costs to you will be for shipping, both for the return of the garment and for the subsequent post-modification return. Contact us by email at info@bottegabernard.com.
